1. Consistently excellent sushi.
Excellent menu selection !
The technique is perfection. For example, the rice is warm and fresh, not cold and hard. It's hard to find a better california roll anywhere. The tempura has a light batter and thin crust, not tough and chewy like some other places. Their salad is perfect in its vinegrette, just the right amount of sourness and sweetness. Their miso is well-balanced: not too salty, nice amount of seaweed and tofu. One of my favorites is Sushi Aji's chopped scallop !
2. Fairly sized and balanced portions.
3. Priced right.
4. Excellent, friendly, and competent service.
5. Staff cares about hygeine. Very respectful. They are all masked for the pandemic, even when the PHO leads us to believe that we don't need it. These folks know better. Their smart about health and safety.
5 Stars for each category!
In my own rating, they consistently give them my Triple Q: quality food, quality price, and quality service.
Simply: Unbeatable ! Definitely recommend Sushi Aji.

have always come here for sushi in the neighbour hood. good quality. our take out order (1475282) came with california roll when we order the spicy tuna roll though :( still good, but we already had a california roll in a combo that we ordered so it was double the amount.
